Prior to joining the firm, Carlos was&nbsp;part&nbsp;of Goldman Sachs\u2019 investment banking team, providing advisory services on M&amp;A and Capital Market transactions&nbsp;to&nbsp;technology companies as part of the EMEA TMT coverage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration &amp; Management from ICADE in Madrid, where he was elected President of the University\u2019s Student Council.
