With 15 years of technology investment banking experience, Brandon expands GP Bullhound\u2019s Software coverage leadership across a variety of subsectors and brings a deep technical understanding of Gen AI, the Software market, and emerging technologies that are transforming the tech landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brandon joined GP Bullhound from BofA Securities’ technology investment banking team focused exclusively on Software. During his tenure, he led BofA\u2019s emerging growth Gen AI Software coverage, advising AI-native and AI-powered Software companies on strategic M&A, private placements, IPOs, and other capital market transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brandon has previously held similar roles with GP Bullhound, Capstone Partners, and Houlihan Lokey.
