The company is based in Zeist, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>The Zoover site was launched in February 2005 and has become the Netherlands\u2019 largest hotel and holiday ratings portal, successfully expanding into 25 European countries. The site offers online travel agents (OTAs), tour operators and other online travel companies the opportunity to gain potential customers who have already researched their travel needs.
