Mayfair Equity Partners, a dedicated consumer and technology private equity firm, will fully exit Talon, with management retaining a meaningful stake. Since Mayfair\u2019s investment in 2017, the company completed four strategic acquisitions, strengthened its senior management team and significantly expanded its presence in North America. Equistone\u2019s investment will enable Talon to continue its global expansion through further M&A and investment in new territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
