Building an AI-driven mobile adtech platform.
Founded in 2012, LoopMe has transformed the mobile advertising sector through the innovative application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimise media delivery in real time. The company’s clients include brands, major holding companies and publishers such as dentsu, Publicis, WPP, Omnicom, Pepsi, Microsoft, Sony Pictures, Hyundai/Kia and WarnerMedia. Mayfair’s investment will allow LoopMe to accelerate growth in its core markets such as the United States while expanding into new geographies, including Japan.
Simon Nicholls, Partner at GP Bullhound, commented: “The adtech market has seen material value creation in the last 18 months and we see a long runway of growth still ahead for programmatic advertising, especially mobile and CTV.”
This transaction is further testament to GP Bullhound’s expertise in digital services and adtech with over 40 deals completed in the sector in the last four years alone, having advised on the acquisition of Bliss Point Media by Tinuiti, the investment from Livingbridge into Venatus, the acquisition of Byte by DEPT, and the investment in Jellyfish by Fimalac, among many others.
