GP BULLHOUND ADVISED INTERCLOUD ON EUR100M SERIES D INVESTMENT LED BY ALEPH CAPITAL

Paris, 15 February 2022 - GP Bullhound acted as financial advisor to InterCloud, a leading Cloud Connectivity platform, on a €100 million Series D fundraising round, led by Aleph Capital, with participation from existing investors Ventech and Open CNP, and continued support of Orange, BPI, Caphorn, Hiinov, UL Invest and Weber. This funding brings InterCloud’s total financing to €138 million.

Founded in Paris in 2010, the company will use this investment to broaden its service offerings, finance external growth, increase its international sales force, advance R&D to further develop its solutions, and seize growth opportunities through acquisitions.
