GP Bullhound announces five senior promotions

London, 5 February 2025 - GP Bullhound is delighted to announce five senior promotions and extends its warmest congratulations to all our newly promoted team members.
- Ravi Ghedia, promoted to Partner, has over 14 years of experience working with digital services and digital transformation companies. His previous clients include Unlimited Group, Inside Ideas Group, Solita, and TeamITG. He previously worked in the TMT Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and also taught English at Toin Gakuen in Yokohama, Japan.
- Malcolm Horner, promoted to Partner, has spent most of his career in banking with 40+ completed transactions working in global financial institutions, entrepreneurial investment banking boutiques and large US financial services organisations. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Malcolm helped build Raymond James’ London-based investment banking practise and spent his early years at Deloitte in their Corporate Finance Advisory practise where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
- Felix Bratell, promoted to Managing Director, focuses on advising B2B SaaS and Digital Services companies. Felix joined GP Bullhound’s Stockholm team as an Analyst in 2016. Prior to joining GP Bullhound Stockholm as an analyst in 2016, Felix worked for Morgan Stanley’s Nordic Coverage team in Stockholm.
- Ben Pittari, promoted to Managing Director, focuses on software, tech-enabled services, and financial technology industries. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Ben spent three years at HSBC in London, where he worked on both the origination and execution of M&A transactions as part of their Business & Tech-Enabled Services and FIG teams. Prior to joining HSBC, he spent two years at ING, and two years at BNP Paribas as part of their London-based sector M&A tea
- Callum Stewart, promoted to Investment Principal, joined GP Bullhound after completing his PhD at the University of Cambridge. He previously worked with Hummingbird Ventures and Funding Circle. He is at the forefront of GP Bullhound’s deeptech endeavours, having led our Fund VI investment into Q-CTRL and working closely with portfolio companies such as LeoLabs, causaLens, and RavenPack.
