TransGaming, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada is a leading provider of the digital distribution of games through Smart TV’s, set-top boxes and the connected living room as well as cross-platform game enablement, 3D graphics rendering and parallel computing.
With the acquisition, NVIDIA will open an office in Toronto, its first in Canada. This office is initially expected to be staffed with approximately 15 employees from TransGaming.
